1. Basic cleaning skills training

This course will teach you the basic skills required for hotel cleaning, such as cleaning rooms, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms.

(We are often asked to provide this training for openings.)

In on -the-job training, the content and quality of instruction can vary greatly depending on the instructor , which can result in disparity in the level of skill and knowledge acquisition among staff.

Our company employs instructors with over 20 years of experience in training hotel cleaning and building maintenance companies who use the same methods to teach, eliminating the gap in skill acquisition among staff and enabling efficient, high-quality cleaning.

2. Understand hotel standards and guidelines

Promote understanding of hotel cleaning standards and guidelines.

Cleaning practices directly impact a hotel's image and customer satisfaction, so it's important to understand and adhere to standards.
