A After conducting face-to-face and online interviews, our specialized staff with experience in hotel cleaning will assess the current situation.

After that, we will visit the hotel cleaning site and verbally provide suggestions for improvement.

Upon request we will prepare a report of the site visit.

In addition, we will clarify any wasteful movements in the cleaning process and any unevenness in the cleaning work, and then improve the work environment according to the site and provide education to staff .

Q: Can I request a one-off service?

A: Because it takes time to streamline hotel cleaning operations, develop human resources, and put the service into practice and verify the results, we basically provide consulting services for one year.

Of course, this will vary depending on the skills of the staff working on-site, the number of staff, and the brand and size of the hotel.

You can also change the duration to suit your needs and budget.

Q: Can you provide cleaning services?

A We are not a cleaning company, but rather provide a consulting service that supports business improvement and human resource development.

We are not currently accepting cleaning services.

Q: I would like to know the service fee.

A Consulting services such as business improvement, including one visit per month and follow-up, start from 200,000 yen per month.

Online advisory services are provided twice a month and start from 50,000 yen per month.
